Return and Refund Policy.

At Zinga Single Vineyard Wines, we stand by the quality of our product. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must not be opened or have any visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Email zingafamilywines@outlook.com with a copy of your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange.

Cost of returns:

A fee of $15 will be applied for returns requesting a refund or exchange. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed. 

Returns and exchange timeline:

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
